Hema Menon-Grant is an accomplished Global People & Culture Executive with over two decades of multinational experience in HR and culture transformation across diverse industries. Currently based in Huntsville, Alabama, USA, she has a proven track record of aligning people strategy with organizational goals, enhancing employee experiences, and leading successful mergers and acquisitions.

As the Founder of KRGH Solutions, LLC since December 2022, Hema specializes in strategic growth initiatives and effective workforce management through robust business partnerships. Before this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources (CHRO) at Alliance Technical Group, LLC, where she led HR operations and strategic initiatives, significantly improving recruitment processes and employee retention.

Hema's career highlights include her tenure as the Global Head of HR for Corporate Functions & the Americas at BASF, where she spearheaded people strategies and HR vision, driving organizational success through innovative talent management during critical periods. Earlier roles at BASF included Strategic HR Business & Manufacturing Leader for the Catalysts Division and Regional HR Business Partner for Mobile Emission Catalysts, where she played instrumental roles in fostering cross-department synergies and cultural transformation and contributing to significant EBITDA improvements.

With a diverse educational background, Hema holds an MBA in General Management with Distinction from the University of Strathclyde and postgraduate degrees in Teaching English as a Second Language & Psychology and English Literature and Linguistics (Honors) from the University of Malaya. She has also completed executive education programs at Cornell University, including the Women's Entrepreneurship Program and an Executive Leadership Program in Change Leadership.
